Waiting time. at 12.30am, 16.04.16 the Nurse that was on dutie stuck her finger up her nose then into her month then into her ear this is disgusting, she was a agency nurse, HCA

The staff care!! They are very responsive to patients needs. They are supportive of patients especially when they are in pain. The cleaning staff are conscientious and ensure the ward is kept clean. The staff are incredibility polite and willing to help. They feed you well, from day 1 of my surgery I have found the entire care team exemplary in their care and I am very grateful. Impressive NHS! Wonderful team at Cornflower B!

The menu needs to be looked at, it should be a balanced diet with lots of vegetables and salad. Also for breakfast there should be the option of eggs and sausages. Also a different system should be implementd. If a patient goes to A&E at King George's and then transferred to Queens. The waiting time at King George should be included at Queen's rather than starting as a new time. Thank you to all the staff for fatnastic waiting time all together King George's and Queen's 7 1/2 hours

I am really happy with the care during my surgery and prior to my surgery. Happy with the explanation given to me. Only think I was unhappy is the delay in discharge. I have to wait more than 22 hours for authorise my discharge letters. Either provide more doctors or please do things in a timely manner
